This project involved the design of accommodation for the working professionals in a suburban area surrounded by IT hubs in Pune. The design criteria emerged from detailed analysis of comfort and needs of the end user, site conditions, etc. The project involved the design of accommodation for working professionals in Pune. The design consists of various apartment typologies: Studios, 2 BHKs, 3 BHKs, and row houses along with amenities and parking. Integration of constraints due to architectural by laws, floor space index, height restrictions and norms for accessibility and parking were carried out in the design.
