This design is a mixed use building (comprised of fine-dining restaurants, shopping centre and offices) driven by a strong concept inspired by abstract art and supported by a strong service core and basement parking.

The building was designed using abstraction of art as the fundamental concept of the 2d form of the building, in response to the site and surroundings of the location. In a prominent residential and commercial sector, a striking building would serve the purpose of a landmark in the neighbourhood with its interesting massing and abstract façade.
